This policy explains which cookies camdenevents.es, the website of LLR Events S.L. (Camden Events), uses and how you can manage them.

Which cookies we use

Cookie preference (ce-consent-v2, browser local storage): remembers which purposes you accepted or rejected and when. After 12 months we ask you again.
Accessibility settings (asw-user-settings, local storage): only saved if you use the accessibility button, to remember the text size, contrast and other options you choose.

Analytics (only if you accept)

Google Analytics 4 (_ga, _ga_*), by Google Ireland Ltd.: tells us, in aggregate, how many visits the site gets and which pages are viewed. Duration: up to 2 years.

Advertising (only if you accept)

Meta Pixel (_fbp), by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.: measures whether our Facebook and Instagram campaigns bring visits and enquiries. Duration: 3 months.

Third-party content

Google Maps: the map does not load until you tap “Show the map”. When you do, Google may set its own cookies.
WhatsApp: the buttons open WhatsApp (Meta) with a pre-written message. Whatever you send is governed by WhatsApp’s privacy policy.

How to accept, reject or change your choice

On your first visit we show a notice with three buttons of the same size: Reject, Settings and Accept. Under Settings you can accept analytics and advertising separately; neither is pre-ticked. You can change your decision at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer.

You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings.

International transfers

Google and Meta may process data outside the European Economic Area. Both companies are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
